MultiViewMQA is a protein model quality evaluation method based on a multi-view network. It employs graph attention networks, Transformer, and 3D CNNs to process features of different dimensions of proteins individually, thus capturing better protein feature representations and evaluating protein model quality. Notice: During the CASP season (05/16/2024-09/01-2024), MultiViewMQA server will be out of service.
