Mr. Zhang Biao graduated from Changchun University of Science and Technology with a bachelor's degree in 2012. In 2015, he received a master's degree and graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University. From 2015 to 2020, he studied for a PhD in the School of Electrical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. led by professor Hong-Bing shen. Visiting scholar at the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) in the United States from 2017 to 2019, and now a general faculty member of the School of Information Engineering, Zhejiang University of Technology
