ProSiteHunter is a computational tool that builds specialized predictive models for each of the four major protein binding types (protein-DNA, protein-RNA, protein-protein, and antibody-antigen). When a protein sequence of a known binding type is entered, such as a DNA-binding protein, the corresponding specialized prediction model (e.g., a generic site prediction model for DNA-binding proteins) is called for accurate prediction.
