MultiSAAI is a computational tool designed to predict antibody–antigen interaction scores by explicitly considering the differential roles of antibody heavy and light chains in binding to diverse antigens. For specific targets such as SARS-CoV-2, we further developed a specialized version, MultiSAAI_SARS2, to assess the neutralization potential of antibodies.
